Local shipping
We offer complimentary local delivery for orders $100 and above. This is valid for addresses within Singapore. For orders below $100, delivery is chargeable at $5.

International shipping

How long will it takes?
We will process your order within 24 hours upon successful payment. For local order, we provide Tracked shipping services that ensuring delivery within 2-5 working days. To track your local order, please click on the provided link. For international shipping, we will communicate the details via email.

To avoid any potential delays in shipping your order, kindly ensure all the shipping information provided is accurate during the checkout process. In the event of any incorrect or missing information, we may need to reach out to you for clarification. Your prompt response will help us expedite the shipping of your order.

Exchange policy
1. Can I change my frame?

We provide a one-time complimentary 14-day exchange period, starting from the day you receive your order, during which you can exchange the item(s) for free (different colour or style). This offer is applicable as long as the item(s) remain in good and undamaged condition.

2. Can I change the colour of the lens?

If you change your mind or find that the lens colour doesn't suit your preferences, we offer a one-time complimentary exchange within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. You can choose a different lens colour that better matches what you're looking for. As long as the lens returned is in original/ unscratched and resalable condition.

2. We seek your understanding in assuming responsibility for the shipping of your order back to our studio, our staff will reach out to you via email for further instructions. Being a small independent company based in Singapore, we currently do not have necessary economies of scale to absorb the expenses related to international return shipping.
3. A shipping fee of $5 will be applied for returning the order to you.
4. Barrett & Bloom reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange cases.

We instil trust and care into our products. Our frames come with a 1-year warranty, which specifically covers manufacturing defects. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we offer complimentary repair or replacement of your frames. In the event that we cannot repair your current frame, or it is no longer available, we will provide a replacement item of equal value.
